How to Batch Export Finale Files to XML

Finale files to XML

With the announcement of the closing of MakeMusic Finale (which I talked about yesterday), I wanted to share some information about how you can export a folder of musx files to mxml files which you can use in another notation system.

Here’s a video detailing the process of “Translate Folder to MusicXML” (as Finale calls it)

Basically the process is just:

File > Export > Translate Folder
