R is for Reach – New Track from “Alphabet”

Here it is! The latest track from my album “Alphabet”!

Inspired by some other music I’ve composed lately for other projects. I wanted to play around with some synthesizers, big reverbs, and plucky guitar harmonics. This piece is a meditation on sitting with sound, stillness in motion, absence of melody, and appreciating distortions.

“Alphabet” is an experimental album for me. Where my last album “MMXX” was a solidified concept album, this album allows me more freedom to try new methods, sounds, and styles. Also, since I’m composing these pieces in real-time each month, the subject matter and ideas are fresh to what I’m feeling at that time in my life.
