Ending The War On My Body – Original Soundtrack

Ending the War on My Body was a major project that I worked on throughout 2022. This was a project that included over an hour of music composed for live dance, short films, and underscoring for the live reading. Premiered on November 5th, this project was an amazing culmination of work by over 50 artists who helped create the project for Creative Director Katherine McClintic. I’m so excited to announce that the soundtrack to the project is coming out on November 3, 2023, one year after its premiere.

“Ending The War On My Body” takes us through the depths of body dysmorphia in this series of experimental short films. We follow various characters as they see themselves negatively reflected in fragments and learn, through some horror, how to break the mirrors that cage them.

The album will be available everywhere on November 3rd.

Tim Corpus is a composer with a genuine lyric impulse. He writes music that is at the same time challenging and appealing - which should be the ideal of any composer. He has a wonderful ear for sound and for shape. This is a composer with a real and important voice.
