I’m excited to announce that I’ve received a special grant from the Illinois Arts Council for professional development.

I’m thrilled to receive this support in my career in the arts. Many thanks to the Illinois Arts Council for all they do to support arts throughout the state!

Tim Corpus is a composer with a genuine lyric impulse. He writes music that is at the same time challenging and appealing - which should be the ideal of any composer. He has a wonderful ear for sound and for shape. This is a composer with a real and important voice.
